YOUR VOICE
Your Experience Can Help Shape Change.
You know better than anyone what makes following Leeds easier or harder. Tell us what’s working, what’s getting in your way and what you’d change, and we’ll use it to decide what the DSA pushes for.

At a glance
Tell us what works well, what gets in your way, or an idea you’ve had.

You don’t need to be a member, and you don’t need to go to matches.

We won’t pass anything personal to Leeds United without asking you first.

Can’t come to meetings? Email or call us, and your views still count.
What Would You Like Us To Know?
Big or small, it all helps. You might want to tell us about:
Tickets:
Booking accessible seats, carer tickets, or getting through to the right person
Entrances and moving around:
Queues, steps, lifts and finding your way
Toilets and facilities:
Accessible toilets, Changing Places, the sensory room and quiet spaces
Information and communication:
Finding out what’s available before you travel, and getting answers you can understand
Supporting from home:
Commentary, coverage and staying part of the Leeds community when you can’t get to games
Getting there:
Travel, parking, drop-off points and the walk to the ground
Seating and views:
Where you sit, the view you get, and room for equipment or a companion
Sensory needs:
Noise, crowds, lighting, and having somewhere to take a break
Away days:
What it’s like following Leeds at other grounds
And if something’s gone really well, tell us that too.
Knowing what works helps us ask for more of it.
What Happens Next?

We listen:
We read every message and get back to you.

We check the details: If anything’s unclear, we’ll ask, and find out what you’d like to happen.

We agree what can be shared: Nothing personal goes to the Club or anyone else unless you say yes.

We report back: We’ll let you know what we’ve done and what response we get.

When lots of fans raise the same thing, it helps members agree the DSA’s priorities and gives us a stronger case to take to the Club.
Your Information, Your Choice
Anything you tell us is handled carefully and only shared with people in the DSA who need it to help. If you raise a personal issue, we’ll always agree with you what can be passed on, and to whom.
If you’d rather we didn’t use your name when we raise something, just say, and we’ll do our best to keep it general. We can’t promise that the details of a very specific situation won’t make it recognisable, but we’ll talk that through with you first.
We can’t promise a particular outcome, as some decisions sit with the Club or other organisations, but we’ll always be honest with you about what we’ve raised and what came back.

Can’t Attend? You Can Still Contribute.
Not everyone can get to meetings or matches, and that shouldn’t mean your voice goes unheard. Email info@allleedsdsa.co.uk or call 07931 327941 and share your views any time. A carer or someone you trust can get in touch for you too.
Sharing your views is open to everyone. Voting at meetings works a bit differently, and follows the rules in our constitution.
